I have been subscribing to this site for the past few months but have had a string of bad experiences with them recently. On the positive side, if you have a cable connection, the movies do stream well. you can watch whatever movie you want to. But BEWARE!!!, thats is abt the only plus.
They have absolutely no customer service, if they dont want to help you, they just keep quiet. If you send them a complaint, they create a ticket using a website called inverseflow. your ticket will not be answered, but it will be closed the next day. You can open it as many times you want, you can create many other tickets, the people at the other end just sit like dummies. You will not get a response and your issue will never be resolved.
It surely doesnt look like they want to build up a good customer base. what a pity! I liked to watch the movies, if they took care to at least acknowledge your questions, it would give me a reason to continue to be with them. But they turn out to be complete morons when it comes to business. I think they are just interested in making a quick buck ...no telling what they might do if you have given them your credit card numbers.
Recently they tried to trick me into subscribing for an extra month, but I am not going to.
Another thing to watch out is, you subscription will be automatically renewed for the next month, you have to remember to cancel it as soon as you get your subscription. If you remember later and try to cancel next month subscription when current subscription comes to an end, they will say they needed advance notification. I tried to find out how many days advance notifications, and the dummies just kept lclosing my tickets. There is no phone number to contact / no info on who is running the site.
