I’m working in IT company and company gave us(their employee) Bolt watches as new year gift. This watch within 3 month has gone bad. Display completely gone and could not charge or see whether it is charging or not. I visited their so called service Centre and no body was ready to take the watch for service. I visited 2-3 service station and they suggested me to log online.
I registered a complaint in bolt site with video and 5 photos of the watch. They started automated mail for repeatatively asking for video when I clearly mentioned that there in no display( this is what there service centre told me). Still they keep on sending mails for 20MB video. I knew they are doing time pass and frustrating customer and just a delay tactics.
Finally I have register a consumer complaint on National consumer court.
I would not suggest any one to buy any product and if you will then you will also struggle like me. Quality is very poor and I think the bring low quality fancy looking items from china and selling with their brand with proper QA.
