This review is regarding an aquarium shop "Bombay Framing Works and Shop" at Laxmi Road, Pune.
Had just been there to purchase Cardinal Tetra fish which is a small fish but always very costly. The Price offered was Rs.250 pair. He refused to give the fish I wanted. Only gave what he wanted. I ended yo getting at least two fishes which were at least half the size of rest of the fishes. So why should one pay same when fish size is not same? Prior to the visit had confirmed that fish size is BIG, so then why are you giving stick like weaken fish at same price, isn’t it cheating????
While removing fish, he dropped one fish on the floor! very careless. He took a plastic bag which was not cornered. Then poured fish into new bag! While picking fish from the tank, he was really crushing the fish to sides of the fishing net, as a result few fishes were upside down (hurt!) immediately. Very arrogant, rude, careless behavior.
Would not dare visiting again if they continue this.
Update- (June 02 2012) Since they had given me few very weak fishes, obviously one died the very next day. I called up the store and complained about this, they coolly told me to remove and throw the dead fish and hung up the phone while I was talking!
