This is sad to write a review in a department where you have a few good friends.
First of all I will apologise to them if ever they get to hear about it,
and especially written by me may hurt them.
My experience with them has been associated since a young age when one of my rakhi brother was bludgeoned to death,
and I had to help to find the killers which by God’s grace I did to help the person I made a brother.
At that time in the 64or65 not sure but Bombay Police were known as the second Scotland Yard, in this dept of slueths one was called
V.V.Vakatkar a great man full of intelligence, polite and thorough in his job.
Yes Bombay Police have changed a lot, now for money they will make a murder turn to suicide, by the way why only Bombay?
Have we asked why we only ask about Bombay & not other places we have worse corrupted cops in our own capital Delhi.
Bombay is better at least they have a heart hidden in their sleeves I have seen it.
During one of the riots I landed in Bombay, and could not enter my colony, all cops were far away
when a jeep stopped and asked me where I want to go seeing the fright on my face they said,
look we are here so just tell us and believe me or not they escorted me to my doorstep and left with
only a thank you. Yes there are corrupted ones , but why are they corrupt tell me can you survive in any
part of the world with a salary of Rs.3000.00 or 5000.00 also even for an ordinary human being it’s difficult.
Tell me where there is no corruption every dept is corrupt.
But this dept people have even lost thier lives during riots to save us.
Why is Bombay so quiet when Ahmedabad is raging it is because are force is still strong , they also have families to feed & clothe,
and do you think the underworld will spare them.
No my friends they will not so for them it becomes eat and let us live so we have to look at the coin on both sides,
uncorrupted ones can’t survive, corrupted ones cannot get enough.
But let me tell you if you are cool and calm with them they do behave properly.

By the way I will never recommend a friend unless I am sure they need help.
Yes I waited for an article to be writen before I could make any more revelations.
First let me tell you there was a D.C.P of police whose name was Sanjeev.Kumar.Dayal on whom the movie Sarfarosh touches to the core.
Our dept have guys who are uncorrupted but always transferred, the man had stopped all sorts of things in time he was,
transferred from Borivli to other places and then lost.
Commissoner of Police, Julian.Rebello tried but was transferred to Punjab and not brought back here.
Because Dons rule Bombay not even Politicans rule it as they also serve them.
Knowing well you live by the gun, you die by the gun.
Tell me where they do they do not rule from cops to the film industry, you try taking action against a, criminal or,
star who is in their good books and their the officer gets a call, from higher authorities asking him to let him go.
I won’t name the star a man who women are crazy for got beaten to the extent of smashing his face by cops,
for beating up a well known woman who got beaten up by him.
The cops did their jobs the higher ones stopped it.
Our dept is corrupted that schedule tribe are given all privileges, and people who do their jobs do not even get promotion.
Well give promotion to merits displayed at the time of duty, not for being a schedule caste why oh why?
There are some very intelligent and really uncorrupted people who enter this field,
but realise they are getting no where, so to survive do what the other’s do.
But today we also have to thank them for making Bombay a place to live in, not like states where you can make a woman walk around naked,
our cops maybe corrupted but not to this extent to rape a woman in the police station itself.
These things are done outright in other states.
Now the R.T.O to give them their dues feel ashamed of your’ll the most when a person does not break a rule,
just stopping him and fining him does not suit you and that also
for just Rs50.00. or 100.00 shame on you the R.T.O is the worst lot out of all even poor rickshaw people are not spared.
Do they have a conscience or not I wonder I have seen people asking for transfers were they can make more money area wise.
This is Bombay a city of many faces but a beautiful city which is not maintained but tarnished.
Maybe a few spelling mistakes no time to cirrect will laer.
