It is welknown that Mumbai Police is among one the top Intelligent Police Forces in the World. It is very easy for Mumbai Police to grab a criminal within seconds but there are two rpoblems, one is depending on Court... The decission in Indian Court are delay and most of the time those are not justify.. so Police does not take a proper interest.
The other is that Police Force are getting the critical LESS salary and such they are not honest in their duties.
