Bombay Velvet, which at first appeared to be a different and promising movie, turned out to be a pretty good disaster. First of all, the overall look of the movie itself is gloomy and saddening.That old era, retro look makes it repulsive. The story has nothing new, nor it is interesting. While watching a few scenes of the beginning, one would wonder why on the earth would they want to go through the terrible story.
Anushka Sharma hardly speaks a complete sentence in the first hour of the movie. While Ranbir Kapoor is overacting, looking irritating.
Honestly, I could not watch the movie beyond one hour and the review is uptil the first hour of the movie.
