It’s a movie about A good father who wants to give the best to his kid without bothering whether he likes it or not. It’s a story about a good son who loves his family and his dad never likes what his father is doing but can’t say no to him. His dream is to take his own decision at least in two things one is his career and the other is selecting his life partner. I enjoyed the Movie, no doubt about it. But when ever I looked at Hasini(Heroine) there is something missing. The plot of the movie is the best, it’s everybody’s story. At one point or the other every father is like that and every son feels the same. After watching the movie I am still not sure will I be different in the future. After all father is a father he can’t leave his kids thinking that he or she will take right decision.I have not seen such a story in the recent past where every one and any one can identify with. BUT...commercial aspect of it leaves a gap at the end of the day.
HASINI is one character I felt the only one in the movie which is not natural, she is beautiful (if you ignore the few close-ups :-)), Jenelia acted very well, but through out the movie I felt she is behaving like that (calling a person who is describing her body vulgarly as a friend , drinking coffee with an odd grip and big noise may be director is expecting us to feel it like eating ice cream in a rain ) because of some psychological problem which would be explained later but not.
The boozing and all the acts of the hero are perfect and justified.
But the movie is dealt from the point of view of the hero alone, some explanation towards relationships between father and other characters would have helped better. Over all VERY GOOD CONCEPT. Must Watch Movie.
