I am going to share my experience with Bonami Fitness Gym Spa and salon in Banaswadi.
As it was near my house l joined addiction gym along with my friend. Firstly it was very costly but the trainer was so sure that well loose 10kg in one mounths if it does not happen he’ll give half fee back.
So after we joined we were promised a personal trainer but as their was only total two trainers he just came to us 5 minutes check up on is and go back to others. We were also promised a proper diet plan and discussion on meal planning but the trainer gave us a photocopid chart nothing else and the spa only open two days a week which they did not infrom us about at the time of joining.
The trainer kept on repeating the same exercise again and we did not feel much effect from those and after one mounth when we checked our weight l only loose 5kg of weight.
I felt cheated and he also did not give my money back.
