Received a pathetic service from Bonito designs. The worst quality of work and extremely delayed completion of project. Their employees are non- responsive, go silent. My project was delayed for months together and I was devastated by seeing the quality of work done. To add on it’s been over a year since the project is completed and I am yet to receive my delayed compensation. I keep following up with zero response from team. They have ruined my dream of a home and have been through mental agony, torture, sleeplessness due to the poor service. My money is stuck with them and they don’t bother to even acknowledge or respond. My question to the CEO- is this your objective of your firm that you loot people’s money and dont respond to them. Noone should go with Bonito. If at all you are dealing with them, be ready that you will see stars every now and then during the day. If given a chance I would have given them a negative 5 rating
