I am book lover. past 2-3 year I have been puchasing book from online store like flipkart. my froend told me about bookadda site. there was a lot of choice and price are cheap compare to other online store. so, I puchased a book from bookadda . the promised delivery time was 10-12 days. when I didn’t receive any order trace and product detail I droped an email for asking about my producy . they said me processing was taking time, and promised to deliver the book in coming 4-5 days. After 2-3 weeks of waiting, I finally got the book – one months since I placed the order. That too in a poor condition. Few pages were torn, and the binding was too loose to hold the pages together. the customer service are too poor.
