This is my first review. I am forced to give my feedback because I hope other people do not get misled by bookadda.com.
Well for one thing this site does provide books at a lesser rate than others. The book I was looking for - Principles Of Venous Hemodynamics by Claude Franceschi, Paolo Zamboni, was almost 1000rs less than in other websites.
However what I really dislike is that I ordered the book, as it was listed as in stock on 28-Aug-2012, and it was supposed to arrive within 1-4 business days. After the lapse of said duration of time I contacted them. They claim on their website that they have 10lines for their customer care. However the person on the other side kept cutting the call - I felt that he/she was picking up the phone and cutting the call.
So after a few attempts I gave up and sent them and email.
The reply was - We hope to have the exact status soon and will ship/revert accordingly in next 1-2 working days. We are working hard to procure & get the book couriered to you as soon as possible.& hope to be successful.
As of this date 4/9/2012, I am yet to get any communication about this book. As it is a technical book, my not having it is hampering my work.
Therefore friends, please be careful in ordering from this site, as they misinforming about the book availability. Cost is less though. If you do order I think it is better to pay when they deliver rather than to pay by netbanking.
