I have placed an order on 27-12-2012 and book shows In-Stock. Order has been placed for the same and expected delivery data was 31-12-2012. When I have raise ticket on 3-1-2013 that I have not received book, then they replied back now ISBN has been changed.
So why they have taken the order even if book is not available. I was needed book urgently so I have placed order. Even on the site, it is showing status as Ordered not cancelled. It make loss of my study a lot. Please take action against this.
