I ordered a set of Books on 26/12/12 from Bookadda.com. It was written that the books would be delivered to me in 4 to 9 working days. However, till now I have not received any intimation that states that the books have been dispatched from bookadda.
Unfortunately, I had also paid the entire amount. Whenever, I call the executives, they either not reply or say that they would call back. However, I have still not got any calls from them. It was unfortunate of me to have paid the money.
This kind of service is not at all expected from such a website. The website shows that the product is available and is delivered in 2 to 4 days. Its been 9 days and it still hasnt been shipped.
