I ordered books on 31 july 2013, I waited for 10 days as normally all the online shopping sites take for delivery but it failed and now its been 17 days but still I have not received my parcel and there is no sign that I would be receiving it soon.
i called the customer service but they failed to give me any sort of help, whenever I call they say me that I should wait and they would contact me after 2 hours which they never did. As I was not getting any help over phone I sent a mail but it was the same, I didn’t get any reply.
The customer care unit is not aware of the process, as one of the customer service who attended me gave me false report which was later accepted by them, so atlast I was tired of calling again and again so I cancelled my order today.
The service of bookadda is worse, I regret that I placed an order here.
