I ordered an item on ShopClues.com. I ordered it on 2nd August. Item was shipped on 4th August via this courier, Book my Packet. It takes just 3 days to came my Location Hooghly. When I track it they show on 7th aug the packet location is Hooghly In. After Hooghly In It takes almost 8 days to deliver me. What a pathetic experience. Everyday I contacted with shopclues customers care, they gave me the contact number of Book my packet, but contact number was unavailable. After this huge delay and lazy delivery I complained to ShopClues. They accused me but till today they don’t send any update. I want to say that this courier is not Customer supported.
