I booked a trip from bookabus.co.in. To manali from delhi on 31st may
Experience was the worst of the worst. Suggestion is to never book it from such unprofessional people.
No information of any luggage other than his oral comunication while arguing. Extra charge of inr 20 was to be paid to keep the luggage. And he says evrything is mentioned in the ticket when there is nothing. Its not about how much to b paid it is about how corrrupted human are. And apart frm all he is comparing the bus with the flights with such unprofessionality.
He threatens to cost inr 200 if i am comming back in the same bus. Which he may actually do it.
He shows his standards and looks down on me saying i havnt traveled or may b i m travelling after very long. Which it is just a concern of his standards in the society. Which hurts my pride even though anybody is down to earth.
The bus was suppose to borded at 530 pm. It was also not on time. The bus was borded after that and departed by 6 pm
The customer service was bad as hell. And i wonder is this what you call customer service.
The seat numbers are not written any where in the bus. The conductor changes it as he pleases with no professionalism when the customer care guy says the bus is of 1 crore and all unwanted information while arguing.
I wish this kind of misconduction doesnt happen in this advanced world of tourism. To make a disbelive in people who are professional and doing well.
Shut down!
