Today morning I had to catch a flight for Pune from Bangalore at 5:55 AM. I’d to reach Airport before 5:10 AM. I booked a cab from bookcab, bangalore at 4:00 AM with booking reference number Ref:BNZ1244012. The cab driver didn’t knew where my address was, so I told him the nearest land mark too. Now even after that he took 20 mins to reach. After the start he took some long root of 44 KM. In all this process we lost lots of time and reached airport at 05:20 AM. Due to the cab drivers pledge not to drive over 40 km/hr we had to miss the flight. When we told them about this, they had nothing to say.
On top of it they charged us 645/- but in the evening they sent us an Invoice on my e-mail for 400/-. I’m not sure what did they expect by doing so. Make sure you don’t fall a pray of bookcabs.in.
