Book Cab is a worst cab service company. Customer care is hopeless and have no ethics. Now, This is a new type of cheating I have gone through by them.
I had booked a cab on 26th of October 2014 for 4 hours/40 km for which they had taken a booking amount of Rs. 130/-. The driver didn’t turn up on the day, on repeatedly calling him with the details provided, he said he will send some one else. who came 1 hour late. This new driver took his charge as Rs. 600/- for Non-Ac Indica, who was one more crap. Later when I described the whole event, to book cab c.c .they didn’t talk about returning the money.
When I repeatedly called, they asked for my bank details, I provided my bank details on 30th of October 2014. Today is 18th of November, every day I used to call them, for my Rs. 130/-, the answer is either we can’t help or we have forwarded your issue.
But as of now they have not refunded.The question here for Book cab people is:
1)why do you people take money as advance; then do not provide the service; later not even have the courtesy to refund the money.
2) why did you take all bank details though you are not paying my money, which you have taken?
