Extremely unethical and unprofessional management. There is no guarantee of your reservation(no matter how well in advance you have made reservation). If property management gets good deal for already reserved rooms when booking date come closer, they overbooks property out of greediness, without worrying about you. If this is not enough, they even dont bother to inform you that your reservation has been cancelled. You will get surprise on the day of check-in when you arrive on location. Get ready to listen any no-logical arguments.
Have some guts to face rude behavior.
Get ready to kick yourself out of property though you had valid reservation.
Customer care support of Booking.com is also not up to the mark and satisfactory. You will not get any favour or expected response which can pacify your problem. Its point less and waste of time in contacting Booking.com customer care.
