Fraudsters ruined my family vacation

They have wrong information about hotels on their website. I booked an AC room for my family for two nights. When we reached the hotel, we were informed that none of the rooms have AC. After an argument, the hotel staff took us to another property with AC. It was a dingy place, the kind no family would ever enter. When asked for a refund they insisted we see another hotel. This hotel look a bit ok and had AC. We were so tired after all the travel, argument and hotel hunting that we settled for the third place.


Only after check-in we noticed that the bed sheets were stained, the toilet was left unflushed. My mother called the staff and asked them to clean and change the sheets. Their response was that all their sheets were equally stained. We didn’t have the energy to leave the hotel then since it was already getting dark and I was travelling with my elderly parents.


Then, as if all this was not enough, around 7.00pm the loudspeaker started blasting. That went on until 10.30pm.


First thing next morning we decided to leave the hotel and find a decent place. We were not given a check out receipt and ofcourse no refund for the night not stayed.


Now comes the best part. I added this review on booking.com for the hotel experience. Guess what, they have held it back in review and wont post it. Now I know how this hotel had such great reviews on booking.com. Booking.com is the main fraudster, giving wrong information and duping customers into deals they would never accept otherwise.
