My neighbour is in need of maid to take care of their parents. So they decided to contact Bookmybai. He have made a payment and as requested they have sent the maid to their house. They had no experience in any work and not capable to do any kind of jobs. They faced lots of communication problem. The company offered this maid only for the trial period for which they have paid 15, 000rs per month.
Suddenly maid has stopped coming to house without any prior information. Later when they called, she informed like she is not interested to continue her work and want to relieve. To convey this info, my neighbour had called the company but the staff were very rude and not responded properly. He asked them to refund the salary which he have paid during trial period, but they refused to pay it. Then he asked them for replacement of maid. But they didn’t provide a proper solution.
Hence please do not believe these services and waste your money. This is my kind request to everyone.
