We hired a full-time housemaid through bookmybai on 21st August. The lady turned out to be a seasoned thief and we got her arrested by the police just in time as she was about to leave the city with our valuables (Jewelery etc) on 7th September Saturday. It has been tough ordeal for the whole family, their MD Anupam is extremely thick skinned he won’t even bother responding even on a serious matter like ours! They won’t refund our money nor their executives are capable of delivering what they promise, all their maid profiles on their website are fake!!!
