I need to file a consumer case on the bai.com

These people are fraud they took one month salary in advance from us, I got maid after one month , after several followup, they don’t even have professional ethics nor they have fear of loosing the customer since we pay them in advance. The maid they send are pathetic, tthey don’t know cooking not even basic cooking we need to teach them from first i think these maid act like not knowing cooking. They do not do any house hold work they are deadslow. If we tell them they start arguing and bai.com doesn’t even pick up the call. And when they pick up the call, they are totally on maid side they make us guilty. Likewise I got replacement twice and none of them stick more than one month and i heard from the maid that baicom gives training to to mais that don’t do any work and somehow com out before 6 months so that we need to again pay bai.com 2ok. They give all false profile on the maid as maid knows everything and our house had become a training centre for teaching them cooking. Maids kept on asking advance. maid themselves statement that bai.com teaches them to come out and it is same story at my brother place too. Please join hands to put a case against these fraud baicom. They are terrible and worst. Sheefa is the correct ordinator she is so terrible please lets all file a case against them no one should get cheated like us
