They charged 30000 for placement fee(inclusive GST), they provided an agreement which said 6 months replacement will be provided for upto 6 total replacements. Maid salary would be 18000 and can fulfil any two requirements - cleaning & cooking/ cooking & baby care/ cleaning & baby care. We opted for cleaning & baby care, the maid was extremely unprofessional, for overwork she used to say its not in my list and we had to call the agency to resolve the dispute, we let her go then we used to get threat calls from maid’s family to clear the salary whereas agency had said that clear salary only after replacement is provided. The maid used to come everyday asking for salary, when we complained the agency they said we cannot do anything.
Next, they provided another maid, she also had same attitude, when we let her go, after that we haven’t received any replacement nor any refund. Exploring legal routes now.
