My Trip ID is 343756. They provide the worst service among the private cab companies! They cancel your booking on the time. I booked cab today at around 11AM for a pick up around 7pm. It was strike of taxis in kolkata today. At the time of booking I asked them if its a confirmed booking and it will not get cancelled. They assured me that its confirmed and wont get cancelled.
At the end moment, around 06:43PM I received a SMS for cancellation of my booking. Now how can you justify this action. We booked pvt cab bcoz it was strike of local taxis and then pvt cab company ditched us at the end moment.
The local taxis are far better than bookmycab, atleast they refuse, but bookmycab first take your order, doesnt allow you to book with another company bcoz you get assurance of confirmed booking and then on the end time your booking gets cancelled. I am never ever gonna use their services again and advice other people to not book with this company and if they do please confirm your booking again atleast an hour before your pickup time.
