Last minute cancellation and worst response

Makes reservation with excitement, fails to send the cab and cancels the reservation in the last minute, when asked they would say "its not our fault, its company policy to check the reservation in the last minute." and hangs up the call on us, worst cab service customer care I have ever came across.
