I had booked a cab on bookmycab.com for 8.30AM. The call centre confirmed the booking and sent my a confirmation SMS. However, in the morning I didn’t receive the cab details, so I call them at 8.10 AM. They said its confirmed and they are sending the SMS right away. I was satisfied that the cab is on its way.
At 8.22 am, they call and say that the booking has been cancelled as no cab is available!!!! I was shocked and left with no options and nothing that I could do at the last minute!! The only reason you would want to choose bookmycab after reading this review is to get frustrated and cheated !!
The site doesn’t have an option for NEGATIVE rating, else I would choose that!!
