I had booked a cab on bookmycab.com for 8.30AM. The call centre confirmed the booking and sent my a confirmation SMS. However, in the morning I didn’t receive the cab details, so I call them at 8.10 AM. They said its confirmed and they are sending the SMS right away. I was satisfied that the cab is on its way.
At 8.22 am, they call and say that the booking has been cancelled as no cab is available!!!! I was shocked and left with no options and nothing that I could do at the last minute!! The only reason you would want to choose **bookmycab** after reading this review is to get frustrated and cheated !!
The site doesn’t have an option for NEGATIVE rating, else I would choose that!!
