My Cabs, bhopal is a mixed experience.
For beginners it is safe and good. However at times, it can be highly unreliable. I had a poor experience when I booked the cab for the airport but after confirmation, I got a call about 15 mins later, apologizes and’trying’ to send the car half an hour later.
Another issue with my cabs us unloyal drivers. They ask to call privately and not from booking centre. While as a customer we might feel it as an advantage but it is poor show for the company.
On the other hand, you never get something like this in Ola. My Ola experience has been tremendous in Bhopal. There are times when you won’t get an Ola but be assured in that case my cabs would not be around too!
