I had booked a cab
on 4th December 2014 from Sion East to Mumbai International Airport for 5th December at 18:30.
My booking ID: 413514
Infact I excitedly purchased and used a coupon to book the cab.
I got a confirmation on the morning of 5th december, with the drivers name and the cab no. and mobile no.
To my shock, I got a CANCELLATION sms at 18:00. How irresponsible and unethical of a company to behave like this. To sms a customer just 30mins prior the journey that their company is broke and hence cannot arrange a cab for the customer!
THIS WAS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!
I was stranded with no cab to go to the airport.
And I MISSED MY FLIGHT, ALL BECAUSE A "BOOKMYCAB" COMPANY COULDNT ACTUALLY BOOK/ ARRANGE MY CAB!
Who exactly is going to pay for the loss incurred by me?
All because "bookmycab" couldnt really "bookmycab"!
And the worst reason I could ever get was that a cab was not available. This is the POOR STATE of the company.that there are no cabs within the company. I truly have always believed TABCAB. BOOKMYCAB was suggested by a friend and now after my experience, I will surely SAVE FEW OTHERS!
This is the WORST EXPERIENCE Ive had till date with any cab service.
SHOCKING!
I promise Ill give in my level best to SAVE people from the FRAUDSTER COMPANY CALLED "BOOKMYCAB.COM"
I wish I could give negative stars!
