I moved from Vijaywada to Hyderabad 3 months ago. I am new to Hyderabad and wanted to get a new DTH connection for my samsung 42 inch LED smart TV.

I was promised that the installation will happen by 4 hours, which I did not believe and just ignored it.
To my surprise, the tata sky technician called me within 2 hours. I guided him to my address. The engineer came, installed my tata sky connection and activated it. He provided me a demo also on how to use the set top box. I was really thrilled and more than happy to receive my product so quickly.
My objective of writing this review is to let people know the importance of service Industry in India and ecommerce. Non Indian companies like Amazon are providing great quality service in India compared to Indian companies.
To receive such wonderful service from a Indian company has made me realize that Indian companies are still competitive enough and are serious about customers and customer service.
