I have been using Book my forex for years now but recently when I called them for buying currency and a prepaid forex card, I was told they were unable to help me since I already had a prepaid forex card in my name and until I call the bank and cancel the card, they cannot process my request. Inspite of me telling them that I don’t remember the card no. they refused to help. Not one but atleast 2-3 of them whom I spoke to for the last 3-4 days. Anyone else in my place would’ve have gone to another agent and picked up the currency and a new forex card but I stuck on since I thought these guys could be new and didn’t care about coverting customers to sales. Finally I looked up my emails and found Neeraj’s email that he had sent me last year and reached out to him. I was amazed at the way he helped me out, not only giving me my card no.but also following up to ensure I canceled the card and he could go ahead and reload the new card that was issued to me. He ensured I received my currency, the new forex card on the same day. Not just that, though the sale was completed, he still followed up the following day to know if the card was activated(which takes approx. 24 hours). If not for Neeraj, Book my forex would’ve lost a regular and frequent traveler.
