I tried sending money to my son, and the customer care Kept me on hold for 35 minutes with NO RESPONSE.
Then I started chat and asked to call back, which they did but I needed to speak to supervisor- the REFUSED to connect to anyone higher up.
You can well imagine how they will help you in case of an issue where money doesnt reach!
