I booked tickets via your website on 7th November 2010 for PVS Meerut.
When I reached to collect them they said there was only one window. It took 25 minutes for me to stand in Que and collect tickets. what is the use if I have to stand in Que?
What for convenience charges?
I think BMS should clearly mention that a single separate counter for Advance/Phone & Online bookings must be available at least half an hour prior to every show.
Otherwise if one has to stand in Que, there is no use of it.
Now a days, multiplex gives so many options that one can easily get ticket for new releases also.
New releases are run 6-7 times in the same multiplex at different screens. If one can just wait for half an hour one can easily get tickets for their preferred new release.
These online only helps to avoid waiting in Que.
and if this basic thing is not available at ticket counter. No use of booking ticket online.
