Pathetic Customer service -Inactivated BMS account

My Bookmyshow account was deactivated automatically around 5 days ago when I contacted BMS customer care by phone they first want my complaint Id so thus I do mail the same problem and give them that


after that they said me to reset password and then it would be alright but the same had also been not worked so again I send them a screenshot of that and contacted them over the phone again my call was put on hold for about 20 minutes after which I have to disconnect the call. After that I called them again and the whole story repeated again. they just put the call on hold and then just don’t respond to the query also.


My BMS wallet money was all lost and my account is also deactivated.At the end they didn’t respond and still my account is inactive. they do not respond to mails even not give any resolution on the call.
