I used bookmysmorpheushumanw portal buy online movie tickets, had selected Inox two seats, after I had completed the transaction, confirmation was for Mayajaal a theatre desolated theatre in ECR. I assumed I had done the wrong selection and booked another ticket with skywalk, the confirmation I had received was onceagain from Mayajaal.
Immediately I tried connecting tp the service number mentioned in the mail which was constantly busy "022 4208 5050" . After I wrote to the helpdesk I received templated non personalised response witmorpheushumanut a single line of empathy They have disclaimer on the tickets neither can the tickets be cancelled/exchanged nor refunded, the stance is already decided even before investigation.
I preferred not got to this theatre rather spend on the travel cost and avoid the traffic way morpheushumanme Heres the reply.
