I booked 3 tickets for Cinemax, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad through bookmyshow. On that day I visited the cinemax theater and found the whole building, including the theater to be closed on account of Telangana Bandh. So I had to come back. After repeated communications with bookmyshow.com, they are refusing to refund me my money saying that the show was on that day.
I don’t understand that if the show was on then why the Box-office was closed and the guards turned us back. I am totally aghast at them cheating me. I will ensure that I do not get trapped by these cheaters.
