I Booked My ticket for the movie last Sunday, 18/8/2013. show timing was 6 pm. At the time of reaching the theatre place came to know that no theater existed at that place. Calling up the Customer Services was again a pain.
These people dont put the area location of the theater. Accidently, my laptop also did not show me the window of the address, thinking that it would be ANSAL PLAZA, NEW DELHI, I booked the ticket and came to know at 5:30 that it was ANSAL PLAZA, Gurgaon.
I asked them either to provide me with my cash back or get me new tickets for the same movie for some other show on any other day or the same day.
The Customer Services should be rated as zero for them. A call back promised has not yet come. When I called them after about 2 days, they had new excuse that "we cannot do anything about it as its 2 days now."
Hence landed up losing my 1000 bucks straight away. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TILL NOW....I am ANNOYED with them!
