I have booked four tickets on 20th of November 2016 for a hindi movie Force 2 at PVR Cinemas Juhu, Mumbai. Apparently my debit card got charged for the amount of INR 582/- for four tickets and the entire amount was deducted from my debit card however the tickets didn’t get confirmed due a transaction failure. I have called Bookmyshow many times to get my refund however the response is not that positive and its more than 15 days now and I have not received my amount yet. Everytime I call them they just say that its under processing and the amount will be refunded soon however not recieved my amount even after 15 days. I think that they have not even processed my refund from their end. Its really annoying to call so many times to get my own money back due to your technical failure. Never ever going to trust this website again.
