Rs 30 convenience charge for Rs 200 ticket. That is outrageous. This is the most greedy company out there when it comes to ticket booking. They are playing on monopoly, because people have no other choice. For someone who loves watching movies as much as I do it is really an off-putting experience.
I might have been ok if this charge was for every transaction but they charge for each ticket, and it becomes ridiculous when I have to book like 4-5 tickets.
If I could have given it zero star I would have, sadly there is no such rating.
