Its changed the way I book my movie tickets. Its so simple to use and mother can use it! I also think the quick booking section gives you all you need to make a choice. I have sued some of the cinema websites and they are a pain.
I have tried the call center of book my show and the weekends can be a pain to get through. But when you do the service was superb. They handled my call and I changed tickets later - they were very friendly. Tickets may sometime reach late, but you can an update. An online tracking system I guess could help sort that. The mobile application did not work on my cellphone, so I could not use my discount voucher - please so something about that. By brother finally did it on his phone. Its also not fair to reduce your free tickets for ICICI customers from 4 tickets to just 2 tickets, that was a nice deal, we need more of those bro.
