Well, Believe me Or Not But I M Sharing my Real And Legit Experience with These Guys, I Was Out of My Town With Two Of my Friends and we were soo Excited for the Conjuring 2, Soo As we Dont know about any of the Cinemas Near By, soo I Used BookMyShow App, we Book 3 Seats( Ofcuz) And I Got Charged ?321, and the Amount was Debited From My Friends Account, And The was still Loading, At last it Said Error Booking ur Tickets.
I called Their Service No. and they Said Try it Again, we will Refund ur previous Booking money back, We Tried again and again my friends Account was debited ?321 and again that same error pops Up, again I called their service no. and this time they said to use the wallet, well Fortunately We Got the Tickets and We Watched the Movie at the End, But still we didnt get our ?642 refund Back, we asked the BookMyShow Customer service guy, he said-
We didnt get ur Money, we r Not Responsible, ask ur bank! I said kk, and then we told the Bank Employee our problem, and he said ask BookMyShow, we r not responsible Now its almost 1 months and I didnt get my money Back. no way to get my money, this is ridiculous Service given by BMS Team to me. I will never use BMS in my Whole life from then.
