At first, this website seems very well designed. The interface is logical, and even the seat selection goes off smoothly. But there are huge problems with the payment system. I tried paying with my ICICI Debit Card, and like so many others on this board, it simply landed on a ’-25004’ error page. No info what happened to the money, no transaction ID to refer to, nothing. I had to frantically call up their call center to see the status of my transaction. Thankfully, both the payment and the booking failed, so no money was deducted.
One of the earlier reviewers had written that this was run by the TV18 group, and that somehow was projected as a point in favour of this pile of crap. Quality was implied by association. That is absolutely not true. It does not matter if it’s backed by TV18 or TV18^2 or some other big corporate; if a bunch of crooks are running it you are bound to be in trouble. Do not be fooled by the clean interface.
Stay away at all costs!
