They don’t clearly say about cancellations. When you book a show or event, in the mail of confirmation ticket, you get a message, no refunds or changes under the mail footer line.
They are running a fraudster business, for example,
You book a event which will be held in few days. Your payment is successful and you get a reply of confirmation ticket in email.
Later, in an hour you get to know theres a genuine problem at your house, and you cannot attend the event/show on the future date, I contacted this team to cancel my tickets.
They strictly replied we do not cancel any event tickets. Com’on you sick money launders, You cannot do that. I tried to raise many complains but same single response you even contact the event holders, they too said the same.
SORRY SIR, NO CANCELLATIONS.
I truly want to see a Bookmyshow.com’s competitor and throw this comany into thrash for frauding. Anyone reading this, I am not done. I am working with my lawyer, to file a fraud case against bookmyshow.com
