Bookmyshow is easy way to book tickets for movies, shows, sports matches etc but they don’t have right policies to protect their customers.
In 2015 I have had booked a movie tickets of 4 person but we missed the movie because of some emergency .
When I call customer care for refunding my money he did’nt accept my request.i felt very sad my 1000 rupee got wasted.there should be policy like if anyone can’t attend the show or movie he can refund his money.
