Bookmyshow was listing a show at 11:00am which for which we booked tickets, later it we came to know that the show was actually at 10:00am the listing was wrong, so we asked for refund of money, for which they said that there will be no refund, and such error is impossible do you have any print or screenshot showing that it was listed at 11:00am. So this is the credibility of Bookmyshow that for each transaction we have to take screenshots.
Moreover this website charges approx Rs 17 per head for nothing, saying it’s convenience charge, and according to them may be this level of credibility is "convenience" for customers, but I really don’t think so.
