When ever I go for a Inox theater’s to watch movie I always use Bookmyshow application or their Bookmyshow web page, I am happy with their service, but they have two different types of services charges and GST as well. If we book a ticket they charge Movie Ticket cost, Internet handling charges, Booking fees, and GST 18%.
Movie Ticket Cost, Booking Fee are quite conman charges, Booking fee they charge because we use their services to book a movie ticket threw their service and coming to the GST 18% tax which we are paying to the government it was necessary to pay every one, but I didn’t understand the Internet handling charges which is higher percentage than GST.
I until now I didn’t face any ticket cancellation, Money refund problems, but some of my friends told me they have been faced this kind of problems with Bookmyshow.
