Hello friends I want to see it my personal experience with you that bookmyshow.com is one of the bad website what I seen in my life that one time I want to book the film Avengers from this but the app doesn’t support me to use this one with my brand new phone MI due to this I am very disappointed to tell you that I didn’t seeing that movie by booking from bookmyshow.com when I was going to booking this website it is showing many times my money went but ticket not booked due to this I message to bookmyshow.com they given very disappointing reply they will check and tell you after 7 days this is huge time to take and our refund many times I message them emailed but reply was disappointing they are telling it is my mistake the customer care of bookmyshow.com is worst experience with me did think that they are customer we are seller they don’t speak good with customers and won’t give good query experience to customer they think that bookmyshow.com customer care is government organisation and they can tell anything they can if you are buying this from bookmyshow.com be aware using this app because of the customer service many people have good response but my experience is very bad so I want to tell you that please don’t install this app and used this if you don’t have this experience in this that’s why I am telling you my experience on this medium mouthshut.com to aware about this.
