;I booked my tickets  over phone on wednesday 10 sept.Show: Noddy show on 14 September 11.30 show , 4 tickets, Delivery promised on friday 12 September 2008.


The delivery person came was about to laeve with cash for all 4 but handing over an envelope with just three  tickets to my domestic help. She counted & took back the money & handed back the ticket since it was less by one.She was told tomorrow the correct  deliver shall happen.


It saturday 13th September 6.30 pm no signs of delivery.I have contacted  call centre at 5 Pm, they had no clue. Asking me to collect tickets from venyue which is not what was promised. I am told we will get back to you.


6 Pm I call up, SRI picks up . No idea of compalin given. Pronounces my name wrong 3 times. Keeps me on hold  for 20 minutes all together. No solution except you collect the ticket from venue. I do not want thsi I want deliver. Repeated request  to speak to Duty Manager fail. Manager in a meeting!!! Ha!Ha!Ha. Should be on call.


Any way I am still awaiting a call & a service recovery if you know what it means.What is clear:BOOK MY SHOW is Pathetic service provider.


What I loose- peace of mind, go through mental stress & agony, my family suffers a weekend lost.


I  am awaiting to see what  they come up with.
