Improve or perish

It’s a decent idea and was appreciated by one and all. It gives you freedom to decide whether you got to go to the multiplex miles away keeping your fingers crossed.


If everything goes smooth no one would mind paying some extra bucks for the value add services. I have used their service a couple of times in last few months. But my last experience with them was not so good.


I booked three tickets for the movie "Kung Fu Panda" about three weeks back for a weekend first show. I got surprise when I received my credit card bill statement and was checking out each of my expenses. They debited me twice for those tickets and there was absolutely no communication from Bookmyshow guys till I contacted them. They coolly told me to wait for 2 weeks and assured me that it will get credited back into my account.


Surprisingly there wasn’t any apology from their side as it is business as usual!! I’m still awaiting for an action from them. I think they know it pretty well that no one would take them to the law for a few hundred bucks... :)


Second Post:It is more than a month and dozen of calls to their customer service. But nothing moves on...Top of it they asked me check the credit card statement saying that they have done their part.


Hopeless bunch...
