Wants to congratulate Book My show Entire team, and promoters for imbibing Customer service in each and every employee / individual .
My query for which I called up, by mistake I have booked 2 tickets for 23rd instead of 25th December, than I called Helpline, Hetal picked up my call and the way she handled it, superb , amazing, in between call was disconnected also, but she was trying my number and making me an outbound call as well, but in-between I called up again at the call center and was able to speak to her again, where as, in most of the call center, calls are not transferred to agents internally ….
So Excellent job done by Hetal in addressing my issues .
Secondly this kind of Experience you can only get when such culture is there in the organization!
The process and policies are made for the customer and not for the company
Excellent Job done as a book my show Team ……………Keep it up, this is going to make you different / stand apart from other aggregators and your competitors in coming time
